The divorce petition comes three months after the couple publicly announced their separation in January. In the filing, Bridges, 60, described the marriage as “irretrievably broken,” indicating there is no possibility of reconciliation.
Court documents show that neither Bridges nor Hirschi is seeking spousal support. The pair also reported that they do not share any community property or joint debts. All remaining matters have been resolved through a mutual agreement reached outside of court. Both parties are representing themselves in the proceedings, without attorneys.
Bridges and Hirschi’s relationship began in January 2022 after meeting through a dating app. Hirschi later said her profile had initially been created by a friend and shown to Bridges for “market research.” The couple became engaged in July 2022 after about six months of dating and married in September 2022 in a small ceremony in Beverly Hills, California.
They announced their separation on January 14, 2026. At the time, Bridges said the decision followed “much prayer and reflection” and described it as part of a “season of change.”
This was Bridges’ second marriage. He was previously married to Dori Smith from 1998 until their divorce in 2012. He has two adult children, Spencir and Bo. Hirschi, a designer and photographer, has four children from a previous relationship. The couple did not have any children together during their marriage.
