Paris Jackson Says Neck Ultrasound Showed No Serious Health Issues After Fan Concerns

Paris Jackson addressed fan concerns about her health after people noticed her neck looked unusual in a recent Instagram video.

The 28-year-old singer shared on Instagram Stories that she got an ultrasound on her neck and throat after commenters pointed out swelling or movement in the area. Jackson said she became worried and had a medical professional examine her while rehearsing for her upcoming performance at the 2026 BottleRock Napa Valley festival in California.

After testing, Jackson said her recent blood work was normal and that doctors found only slight redness on her vocal cords, with no calluses. She explained that the appearance of her neck is likely due to muscles developed from years of singing and is more noticeable because of her slim build.

“I think this is just my neck,” she said, adding that older videos showed the same appearance.

Jackson is preparing to release her new music project, Teenage Drama, on May 22. She has also previously spoken publicly about her sobriety journey and mental health struggles, including depression, OCD and complex PTSD.
