The 20-year-old streamer is facing a misdemeanor battery charge linked to a warrant issued in Osceola County. Authorities confirmed that Peters was taken into custody by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department at the request of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
He was later booked into the Broward County Jail. As of now, officials have not released detailed information about the alleged battery incident.
The arrest also disrupted Peters’ ongoing 30-day livestream event, often referred to as a “subathon,” which ended earlier than planned.
In a separate development, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is investigating a viral video that appears to show Peters and others on an airboat in the Everglades firing guns at what looks like an alligator. Under Florida law, using firearms to hunt alligators is illegal. While authorities have confirmed they are reviewing the footage, no additional charges have been filed so far.
This marks the second legal issue for Peters this year. On February 7, 2026, he was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona, on charges including possession of dangerous drugs—reportedly Adderall and Anavar—and using a fake ID to enter a nightclub.
The case in Florida remains under investigation.
