Kristin Cavallari Calls Out Married Men’s “Trash” Social Media Behavior

Reality star and entrepreneur Kristin Cavallari is speaking candidly about what she sees as inappropriate behavior from married men on social media.

On the Tuesday, March 24, 2026 episode of her podcast Let’s Be Honest, Cavallari shared her thoughts on what she called “red flag” interactions—specifically men who repeatedly engage with her Instagram Stories.

During a discussion about modern dating and online etiquette, the 39-year-old said she doesn’t mind if men follow attractive women online. However, she drew a clear line at consistent engagement from married men, especially those who “like” all of her Stories but avoid interacting with her main posts.

Cavallari didn’t hold back, calling the behavior “trash” and criticizing men who display photos of their wives or families on their profiles while still seeking her attention. She added that many of these interactions come from professional athletes, some of whom don’t even follow her account.

In a moment that mixed humor with frustration, Cavallari joked about exposing such behavior by messaging the men’s spouses directly. She suggested she would show them the activity and call it out.

The comments come during a busy period for Cavallari. She is currently on her Let’s Be Honest podcast tour, with live shows in cities including Chicago, Atlanta, and Boston.

She is also revisiting her reality TV roots with The Reunion: Laguna Beach, a 20-year special featuring original cast members like Lauren Conrad and Stephen Colletti. The special will stream on The Roku Channel starting April 10, 2026.

In addition, Cavallari is filming a new reality series, Honestly Cavallari, which follows her podcast tour and current projects.

She also confirmed during a recent live taping that she has returned to dating following her divorce from former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler. However, she said she is keeping details about her personal life private to avoid unnecessary attention.
