In an official statement, OnlyFans said Leonid Radvinsky passed away peacefully after a long and private battle with cancer. His illness had not been publicly disclosed, in line with his low-profile personal life. His family has requested privacy.
Radvinsky was estimated to have a net worth of $4.7 billion, according to Forbes.
Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International, in 2018. Under his leadership, the platform grew rapidly, expanding from around 350,000 creators to more than 4.6 million worldwide. It became one of the most influential platforms in the global creator economy.
Born in Odesa, Ukraine, Radvinsky later moved to Chicago in the United States. Before his success with OnlyFans, he built a career in the tech and adult entertainment industries. He founded the webcam platform MyFreeCams and also launched a venture capital fund called Leo.
In the months before his death, reports suggested that OnlyFans had been exploring a potential sale of a majority stake, with a valuation estimated between $5.5 billion and $8 billion. No deal had been confirmed.
In its statement, OnlyFans said, “We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”
Radvinsky is remembered for transforming OnlyFans into a major digital business and reshaping how creators earn money online.
