Former Housekeeper Sues Kylie Jenner Alleging Workplace Harassment and Discrimination

A former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, alleging discrimination and harassment during her employment at Jenner’s home, according to legal documents filed in Los Angeles and made public on April 21, 2026.

The plaintiff, Angelica Vasquez, says she worked for Jenner beginning in September 2024. In the complaint, Vasquez alleges she experienced a hostile work environment created by other household staff, particularly supervisors identified as Patsy and Elsi.

Vasquez, who is Salvadoran and Catholic, claims she was subjected to discriminatory remarks about her religion and background. According to the lawsuit, she was told that “Catholics are horrible people” and was mocked about her immigration status.

The complaint also describes repeated harassment and mistreatment. Vasquez alleges she was routinely given undesirable tasks, humiliated in front of coworkers, and physically intimidated. In one instance, she claims a supervisor threw hangers at her.

Vasquez states that the alleged treatment had a serious impact on her mental health, causing anxiety and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress. She says she reported the issues to management but that no corrective action was taken.

She resigned from her position in August 2025.

Although Jenner is named as a defendant, the lawsuit primarily focuses on the conduct of her staff and what Vasquez describes as a failure to address complaints within the household.

Sources close to Jenner have disputed the claims, stating that Vasquez was a junior employee with documented attendance and performance issues.

Vasquez is seeking unpaid wages, damages for emotional distress, and punitive damages.

As of now, Jenner and her representatives have not issued a formal public response to the allegations.
