Five contractors and subcontractors reportedly filed mechanics liens in April against the couple’s 110-acre property in Lewisboro, New York. Celebrity Desk confirmed the liens exist. The claims total about $2.1 million for alleged unpaid construction work.
One company alone is seeking more than $1.35 million for work that reportedly included plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, drywall, and masonry.
The property, purchased through an LLC in 2018, was planned as a luxury compound featuring a 14,500-square-foot main house, pool house, gym, and geothermal systems. Construction is said to have slowed in late 2025 and may now be stalled entirely.
The reports come after Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni settled their legal dispute connected to “It Ends With Us.” Neither Lively nor Reynolds has publicly commented on the contractor claims.
