Two Former Housekeepers File Lawsuits Over Alleged Workplace Abuse at Kylie Jenner’s Homes

Two former housekeepers have filed lawsuits related to working conditions in homes owned by Kylie Jenner, though neither lawsuit accuses Jenner directly of wrongdoing.

In the first case, filed April 17 in Los Angeles, Angelica Vasquez says she faced discrimination and harassment while working at Jenner’s homes in Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills. She claims supervisors treated her badly because of her race, national origin, and religion. According to the complaint, she was given the hardest tasks, mocked for her Salvadoran background, and publicly humiliated. She also says supervisors yelled at her, snapped their fingers at her, and falsely accused her of misconduct.

Vasquez alleges the situation got worse after she complained. She says her workload increased, her hours were reduced, and she faced retaliation, including threats about her pay. In one incident, she claims a supervisor threw hangers at her feet. She resigned in August 2025, saying she suffered emotional distress, anxiety, and lost wages. She is asking for compensation and a jury trial.

The second lawsuit, filed April 30, comes from another former housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto. She claims she experienced discrimination, harassment, and wage issues during her employment, which began in 2019. Soto says she was denied proper meal and rest breaks and was mocked for her accent and immigration status by a supervisor.

Soto also alleges retaliation after she complained. She claims her pay was reduced and her workload increased. In addition, she says she was denied time off after her brother’s death. In 2025, she wrote a letter about the work environment and gave it to Jenner. According to the lawsuit, her supervisors then threatened her job and told her to avoid interacting with Jenner entirely.

Soto says the treatment caused her ongoing anxiety, and she eventually left her job. She is seeking financial damages.

The attorney representing both women said the lawsuits aim to hold employers accountable and encourage others facing similar situations to speak up.
