Tristan Thompson Says He’ll Be Honest With His Kids About Split From Khloé Kardashian

Tristan Thompson says he knows he will one day have to explain to his children why his relationship with Khloé Kardashian ended. Speaking on Kardashian’s podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, the NBA player said he plans to be honest and take responsibility when talking to their kids about his past cheating scandals.

Thompson and Kardashian share two children, True and Tatum. Their relationship ended in 2021 after it was revealed that Thompson had fathered a child with another woman while Kardashian was expecting Tatum through surrogacy.

During the podcast, Thompson said honesty and accountability would be important when discussing the situation with his children. Kardashian agreed, saying kids mainly want “honesty and love.”

The conversation also touched on Thompson’s past behavior. He admitted he was “not proud” of cheating and said he only fully realized the impact afterward. Thompson suggested that being young and moving too fast in life contributed to his actions.

Kardashian also revealed that Thompson had a vasectomy after what she described as an “ultimatum” from her.
