French broadcaster BFMTV reported that technical rehearsals were observed late Sunday night at the landmark. During these tests, the Eiffel Tower was reportedly illuminated with the message “Céline Dion, Paris, Je Suis Prête” (“Céline Dion, Paris, I am ready”). Witnesses also reported hearing her signature song, “My Heart Will Go On,” playing across the Champ de Mars.
France Télévisions has scheduled a special segment at 9:15 PM local time, widely believed to be tied to the announcement.
Although no official confirmation has been made, several French and Canadian media outlets have published details about a possible concert residency. According to reports from Le Parisien and La Presse, Dion is planning a limited run of 10 shows at the Paris La Défense Arena, Europe’s largest indoor venue with a capacity of around 40,000.
The concerts are rumored to take place across September and October 2026, with two performances per week. The schedule is reportedly designed to allow for extended rest periods, reflecting Dion’s ongoing management of Stiff-Person Syndrome. Some reports suggest that parts of the performance may be adapted, including seated segments.
Ticket sales are rumored to begin in early April, though no official dates have been released.
The anticipated announcement follows a week of promotional activity across Paris. Since March 23, posters featuring titles of Dion’s songs have appeared throughout the city. The campaign intensified after Dion posted a photo of herself in Paris on social media with the caption “Je sais pas comment te dire” (“I don’t know how to tell you”).
