Kim Zolciak to Testify Under Oath in Boyfriend’s $100M Divorce Battle

The legal drama surrounding reality TV star Kim Zolciak has taken a sharper turn, pulling her deeper into a separate, high-stakes divorce battle tied to her current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz.

According to newly surfaced court documents, Zolciak has agreed to sit for a formal deposition requested by attorneys representing Jillian Green, Mowitz’s estranged wife. The decision follows an earlier attempt by Zolciak to block the subpoena, which she had argued was overly intrusive and designed to embarrass her.

Under the terms of the agreement, Zolciak will answer questions under oath, but with a key safeguard: the transcript of her testimony will remain confidential and cannot be shared publicly or with outside parties. That condition appears to have been central to resolving the dispute over her participation.

At the center of the deposition is money. Green’s legal team is seeking detailed information about whether Mowitz used marital assets—potentially part of a divorce estate reportedly exceeding $100 million—to fund his relationship with Zolciak. Lawyers are expected to question her about any gifts, loans, or financial support she may have received.

Mowitz’s attorneys have pushed back on the relevance of Zolciak’s involvement, maintaining that his relationship with her began only after he and Green separated in 2024. Green, however, is attempting to establish a clear financial timeline, particularly if any shared assets were used before the separation was finalized.

The situation is further complicated by Zolciak’s own ongoing divorce from former NFL player Kroy Biermann. That case, which began in 2023, remains unresolved and has been marked by repeated disputes over finances and living arrangements. The overlap between the two legal battles adds another layer of scrutiny to Zolciak’s financial situation.
