Under the terms of the agreement, Zolciak will answer questions under oath, but with a key safeguard: the transcript of her testimony will remain confidential and cannot be shared publicly or with outside parties. That condition appears to have been central to resolving the dispute over her participation.

At the center of the deposition is money. Green’s legal team is seeking detailed information about whether Mowitz used marital assets—potentially part of a divorce estate reportedly exceeding $100 million—to fund his relationship with Zolciak.
