According to reports on March 30, 2026, the move came after MGK left a series of flirtatious comments on Fox’s recent posts. The two had ended their relationship in November 2024 but had continued interacting publicly on social media until recently.

Fox returned to Instagram on March 3, 2026, sharing a set of stylized, high-fashion photos. MGK responded to that post by commenting, “Stoked I have your phone number.” He continued engaging with similar remarks on later posts, including one on March 10, where he wrote, “Stoked we had a baby.”

While it is not confirmed which comment led to the block, sources indicate that Fox decided to establish firmer boundaries. The goal appears to be maintaining a strictly co-parenting relationship rather than continuing any public or personal back-and-forth.
