Lawsuit Claims Employee Was Sent to Clean Timothée Chalamet’s Home Without Pay or Reimbursement

A former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner and her company, Kylie Jenner Inc., alleging a toxic work environment, discrimination, and multiple labor law violations.

The complaint was filed in Los Angeles in April 2026 by Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who says she worked for Jenner from September 2024 to August 2025. According to the lawsuit, Vasquez was responsible for cleaning Jenner’s homes in Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills, but was also instructed to work at the Los Angeles residence of Jenner’s boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet.

Vasquez alleges that she was not properly paid for the additional work at Chalamet’s home. She claims she was required to travel there without reimbursement for mileage or other expenses, and that those hours were not fully compensated.

The lawsuit also describes what Vasquez calls a hostile and discriminatory work environment. She alleges that other staff and supervisors mocked her Salvadoran background, her accent, and her Catholic faith. The complaint includes claims that coworkers made comments about her immigration status and referenced deportation in a derogatory way.

In one incident described in the filing, Vasquez says a supervisor became physically aggressive during a workplace dispute in March 2025 and threw hangers at her feet.

Beyond the harassment claims, Vasquez accuses Jenner’s company of broader wage and labor violations. These include failure to pay overtime, delayed wages, and denial of legally required meal and rest breaks. She also alleges she did not receive paid sick leave.

Vasquez states that the working conditions affected her health. She says she took medical leave in July 2025 due to anxiety and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress, and resigned the following month.

The lawsuit seeks compensation for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and punitive damages. While Jenner is named as the primary defendant, the complaint states that the alleged harassment was carried out by managers and other staff, and argues that Jenner, as the employer, failed to address or prevent the behavior.

As of April 22, 2026, neither Kylie Jenner nor Timothée Chalamet has publicly responded to the allegations. The claims have not been tested in court.
