Lisa Hochstein Turns Herself In on Felony Surveillance Charge

Reality TV personality Lisa Hochstein, known for The Real Housewives of Miami, turned herself in to authorities in Miami on April 15, 2026, after facing a felony charge related to alleged illegal surveillance of her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.

According to prosecutors, Hochstein is charged with one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications. The allegations stem from an incident in March 2023, when she and her then-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are accused of unlawfully intercepting or attempting to intercept private conversations involving Lenny Hochstein.

The case is tied to claims made by Lenny during the couple’s highly publicized divorce. He alleged that Lisa placed a listening device under his car to monitor his conversations. At the time, she denied the accusations and called them “nonsense.”

Hochstein’s attorney said her surrender was voluntary and arranged in advance with authorities. The defense maintains that she has done nothing wrong and argues the case is an extension of a civil dispute that should not be handled in criminal court.

Jody Glidden, who is also charged in the case, was taken into custody earlier in the week and later released. He and Lisa Hochstein reportedly ended their relationship in January 2026.

The legal situation follows years of conflict between Lisa and Lenny Hochstein. Lenny filed for divorce in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage. The divorce was finalized in November 2024, but disputes between the two have continued.

The case will now proceed through the criminal court system in Miami.
