Kyle Busch’s Cause of Death Revealed as Severe Pneumonia and Sepsis

NASCAR driver Kyle Busch died on May 21 at age 41 after severe pneumonia developed into sepsis. According to the reports, Busch had recently been hospitalized with a serious illness and later suffered rapid complications.

Emergency call audio described Busch as having shortness of breath and coughing up blood before he was taken for medical treatment. He had also reportedly complained of illness after a race earlier this month.

Busch is two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and one of the sport’s most successful drivers. He is survived by his wife, Samantha Busch, and their two children.
