Victoria Beckham Opens Up About Lifelong Insecurities and Embracing Aging at 52

Victoria Beckham has shared that she struggled with insecurity for much of her life. In an interview with The Times, the former Spice Girl and fashion designer said she often felt “not good enough” and spent years unhappy with her appearance.

Now 52, Beckham said getting older has helped her care less about other people’s opinions. She added that while she still has insecurities, she has learned to accept herself more.

Beckham also spoke positively about aging, saying people do not have to “give up” after turning 50. She said she works out harder now than she did in her 20s and 30s and believes people can still achieve great things later in life.

The entrepreneur reflected on similar ideas when she celebrated her 50th birthday in April 2024. In an Instagram post, she said she felt “blessed,” “accomplished,” and excited for a new chapter in her life.

Victoria Beckham, who built a successful fashion and beauty business after her music career with the Spice Girls, shares four children with her husband, former soccer star David Beckham.
