Sydney Sweeney Launches Production Company Honey Trap With Sony Pictures Deal

Sydney Sweeney has launched her own production company, Honey Trap, and signed a first-look deal with Sony Pictures.

The actress announced the news on Instagram by sharing a Deadline article about the company. Honey Trap will work closely with Sony, while Sweeney’s longtime collaborator Kaylee McGregor will serve as president of production and development.

Sweeney is already developing several projects through the company, including the upcoming Barbarella remake for TriStar Pictures and The Registration, a psychological thriller based on Madison Lawson’s novel.

The announcement comes shortly after the Season 3 finale of HBO’s Euphoria. Sweeney continues to star in and produce major film and television projects as she expands her role behind the camera.
