Brittany Furlan Granted 2-Year Restraining Order Against Ronnie Radke

A judge has granted Brittany Furlan a two-year civil harassment restraining order against musician Ronnie Radke following a prolonged and highly public legal dispute.

The order was issued in March 2026 and requires Radke, the frontman of Falling in Reverse, to stay at least 100 yards away from Furlan, her home, and her workplace. He is also prohibited from contacting her directly or indirectly. The restraining order will remain in effect until March 20, 2028.

The ruling marks the latest development in a feud that began in May 2025 and has since escalated with conflicting claims from both sides.

The dispute initially started when Radke alleged that Furlan had been “catfished” by someone impersonating him on Snapchat. According to his claim, Furlan had unknowingly communicated with a fake account posing as the singer.

However, in early 2026, Furlan publicly rejected that narrative. She claimed she was never deceived and instead alleged that the accounts were actually operated by Radke himself. She said she had evidence to support her claims, including phone number matches from password recovery attempts and explicit videos she believed confirmed his identity.

Both parties sought legal protection in January 2026. Radke accused Furlan of stalking him, including incidents at his home and during a doctor’s visit. Furlan, in turn, accused Radke of harassment, describing him as “unhinged and obsessed.” She also alleged that he used burner accounts to target her online and mocked her in a music video using a body double.

At that time, requests for temporary restraining orders from both sides were denied, with the court stating there was insufficient evidence of immediate danger.

A full court hearing was held on March 17, 2026, where the judge reviewed the claims and evidence presented by both parties. Following the hearing, the court ruled in favor of Furlan, granting the two-year restraining order.

Radke has denied any personal involvement with Furlan. He maintains that he reported the alleged impersonation to the FBI and has filed lawsuits against unidentified individuals he claims were responsible for creating fake accounts.
