Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann Clash Again in Ongoing Custody Battle

A custody dispute between reality TV personality Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann has intensified, with Biermann now seeking sole custody of their four children.

In a court filing dated March 30, 2026, Biermann requested sole legal and primary physical custody of their minor children—KJ, Kash, Kane, and Kaia. The request aims to overturn a temporary joint custody agreement the former couple reached in February following mediation.

According to documents reported by TMZ, Biermann alleges that Zolciak was largely absent from late February through late March, claiming she was out of the country for five weeks and only spent one night with the children during that period. He also alleges that during that visit, one of the children was bitten by a dog.

The filing further accuses Zolciak of “fraud and deceit,” arguing that she misrepresented her ability to meet parenting responsibilities when agreeing to the February custody arrangement. Biermann also claims she has not complied with court-ordered therapy requirements.

Zolciak responded publicly the same day, denying all allegations. In a statement, she said the claims are “completely false” and described Biermann’s legal action as an attempt to damage her reputation. She stated that her time away was work-related, involving two television projects, and said her efforts were aimed at supporting her family.

The dispute marks the latest development in a prolonged and contentious divorce process that has lasted more than two years. Although the pair briefly appeared to reach a temporary resolution earlier this year, the new filing suggests ongoing disagreements over parenting and custody arrangements.

A court decision on Biermann’s request is still pending.
