Kelly Dodd Faces Revenge Porn, Threat and Battery Charges in California

Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Kelly Dodd is facing misdemeanor charges in California related to an alleged revenge porn case.

According to court documents, prosecutors say Dodd shared private sexual videos and images of a woman without her consent on or around August 29, 2025. The footage allegedly showed the woman engaged in sexual activity and masturbation. Authorities say the woman expected the material to remain private and suffered severe emotional distress after it was shared.

Prosecutors also allege Dodd threatened the woman, her property, and her family around the same time.

In a separate case, Dodd is facing a battery charge connected to an alleged incident involving another woman in June 2025.

Altogether, Dodd faces three misdemeanor charges and possible jail time.
