On the May 13 episode, Louis-Dreyfus asked Grier if she still feels young. Grier, 76, replied with a humorous comment about orgasms and aging, saying that when she was younger she could have several in an hour, but now “one orgasm” can last “three whole days.”
Louis-Dreyfus, 65, reacted with surprise and asked Grier for more details. Grier laughed and said people should simply “be prepared” when it happens.
The Jackie Brown and Foxy Brown star has spoken publicly about her personal life in recent years. In a 2022 interview with Rolling Stone, Grier described herself as an independent woman living on a ranch in Colorado and joked that she finds dates at stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s.
In 2024, during an appearance on the Allison Interviews podcast, Grier said she was in a “cosmic” relationship with a man whose name she did not reveal. She also joked about how unexpected it was to find love at this stage of her life.
During the podcast with Louis-Dreyfus, Grier also reflected on her long Hollywood career and discussed people who influenced her, including musician Jimi Hendrix, singer Minnie Riperton, and director Quentin Tarantino.
She also spoke about overcoming difficult experiences, including her stage four cervical cancer diagnosis in 1988.
