Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are working through some challenges in their relationship as they adjust to life as new parents, according to a source.

The couple, who welcomed their daughter Scottie Rose in December 2025, are focused on raising their baby while handling personal issues. “There are issues, but they’re trying to figure things out together,” the source said. “They’re adjusting to parenthood and working through the process.”

Despite the difficulties, their daughter remains their main priority.

Davidson, 32, and Hewitt, 30, began dating in March 2025 and announced their pregnancy a few months later. Their daughter was born on December 12 and was named after Davidson’s father, a New York City firefighter who died during the 9/11 attacks.

In a March interview, Davidson spoke positively about being a father, calling it “exhausting and rewarding.” He also said he feels very protective of his daughter and grateful to Hewitt, whom he described as a “fantastic mom.”

The couple has shared photos of their baby on social media but has chosen not to show her face. In March, Hewitt marked Scottie turning 12 weeks old and shared a personal story about correctly predicting the exact time of her birth after a long labor.

For now, Davidson and Hewitt appear committed to working through their issues while focusing on their new life as parents.
