TMZ reported that Charli is no longer associated with Be Happy Snacks, the popcorn company launched by the D’Amelio family in 2023 under D’Amelio Brands. The company is led by Charli’s father, Marc D’Amelio, who serves as CEO.
Sources familiar with the situation told the outlet that Charli’s departure was part of a formal separation from both D’Amelio Brands and D’Amelio Family LLC. The process reportedly began in March 2025 and was fully completed by November 2025, meaning Charli has been detached from the family business structure for more than six months.
Despite her exit, Charli’s image still appears on portions of the Be Happy Snacks website. However, she has not promoted the brand publicly for more than a year. Meanwhile, her sister Dixie D’Amelio continues to support and advertise the company through social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
According to TMZ, the separation was negotiated by Charli’s personal business manager and legal team. The manager was originally hired by the family in 2020 but now works exclusively for Charli.
Sources also described the split as an amicable business decision that all parties agreed upon at the time.
Family Feud Rumors Gain Attention
News of the business separation surfaced as online speculation intensified regarding an alleged rift between Charli and her parents, Marc and Heidi D’Amelio.
