Dwayne Johnson briefly stopped by police in Hollywood after star ceremony

Actor Dwayne Johnson was briefly pulled over by police in Hollywood, California, on April 30 after attending a Walk of Fame ceremony for Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci.

According to reports, officers stopped Johnson’s car to check the tint on its windows. Video shows Johnson calmly speaking with a motorcycle officer, stepping out of his vehicle, and handing over documents. He later signed a paper before being allowed to leave. There were no reports of further issues.

Earlier that day, Johnson attended the ceremony honoring Blunt and Tucci. Several well-known actors, including John Krasinski, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., and Meryl Streep, were also present.

During the event, Johnson praised Blunt, calling her a grateful person who values every moment. The two became close friends while working on films such as Jungle Cruise.

Johnson is set to celebrate his 54th birthday on May 2. He also has upcoming movie releases this year, including a live-action version of Moana in July and Jumanji: Open World in December.
