Diddy Faces New Los Angeles Criminal Probe Over Sexual Battery Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new criminal investigation in Los Angeles over allegations of sexual battery made by publicist Jonathan Hay.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, the case is currently under review after LAPD detectives completed their investigation and submitted their findings to prosecutors.

Hay filed a police report in September 2025, alleging that Diddy sexually assaulted him during separate incidents in Los Angeles in 2020 and 2021. Hay claims one incident involved inappropriate sexual conduct, while the second allegedly involved forced oral sex.

The allegations were initially reported to authorities in Florida before being transferred to Los Angeles, where the alleged incidents took place.

Prosecutors will now decide whether there is enough evidence to file criminal charges against Combs.

Diddy is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after being convicted in 2025 of violating the Mann Act. He was acquitted of separate sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
