Tom Francis Joins Apple TV+ Series The Off Weeks Opposite Richard Gere and Jessica Chastain

Tom Francis has joined Apple TV+ limited series The Off Weeks in a recurring role opposite Richard Gere, Jessica Chastain and Ben Stiller.

The eight-episode drama follows Gus Adler, a writing professor played by Stiller, whose life unravels after a divorce. While managing custody of his children during “on weeks,” he falls for Stella West, played by Chastain, during his “off weeks.” Their relationship begins to disrupt both parts of his life.

Francis will play the son of Jonathan, a character played by Gere.

The cast also includes Arian Moayed, Annaleigh Ashford, John Cho, Zoë Winters, Tony Macht, Ravi V. Patel and Will Yun Lee. The series comes from director Michael Showalter and showrunner Alissa Nutting for Apple Studios.

Francis recently earned a Tony nomination and won an Olivier Award for Sunset Blvd. He has also appeared in Jay Kelly, Netflix’s You, and recently completed filming on The Mosquito Bowl.
